Case study of a Professional e-commerce website development project using Wordpress CMS, WooCommerce, MemberPress, developed for Editrice de il Settimanale della diocesi di Como Soc. Coop. a r.l..
Il Settimanale della Diocesi di Como was founded in 1977 as a means to connect the various social and ecclesial realities of the Diocese of Como, aiming to provide insights and in-depth reflections on today’s reality, giving voice to both small and large communities that would otherwise remain unheard.
I managed the entire project, handling the planning, development, and optimization of a WordPress portal with WooCommerce and a blog, designed as a central hub for the Diocese of Como news and its community.
Working closely with the client, we defined the strategic goals and built a platform capable of combining information, communication, and digital services into a single ecosystem.
I developed an e-commerce system for selling individual weekly publications and managing subscriptions, allowing users to easily access all digital content.
The platform architecture was designed to ensure high usability, intuitive navigation, and an optimized user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The result is a modern, scalable, and community-oriented platform designed to strengthen the connection between the diocese and its audience, improving access to information and services through digital channels.
This project is part of the Professional e-commerce website development services I develop for companies and professionals.
